Free Sessions have already helped many young people and their families improve their wellbeing, and these will continue to be on a regular basis on a Thursday evening at 8pm, where you can learn short breathing, meditation & relaxation sessions to improve your wellbeing. These sessions are also available on zoom at the same time.

The new 'Community Wellbeing Hub' opened in May 2021, with founders Ruth and Anya looking to give something back to the community.
Anya has over 20 years experience working with youth organisations, young people and teens; mentoring and running support local groups. She has extensive experience of working with autistic children, ADHD children, as well as teens experiencing low mood and emotional difficulties. The hub is awaiting funding but hopes to offer more blocks of regular workshops targeting teens struggling with mental health and offering support to the wider family.

Ruth has extensive volunteer & work experience going back over 30 years; from supporting children, young people & adults with additional support needs, homeless, women’s aid, & adults with addictions. Her yoga experience has given her a wealth of experience of promoting wellbeing for families across different areas, from addictions, additional support needs, adoptive families & children with cancer or life altering illnesses. She has been Volunteering for different charities throughout the years. As an volunteer within the army cadet force for nearly 20 years, and yoga teacher for 14 years, she is passionate about supporting everyone to find that spark within themselves to reach their full potential.
Ruth said: "As a mum I want my children to be all they can be…. As a human being I want to create space & opportunities for adults & young people to unlearn all the limiting conditions they have placed upon themselves and reach their full potential.''
